PIDD Board Meeting

August 7, 2024

In attendance: Marion Alford, Nate Ganz, Leslie Smith and Kristi Thompson, not in attendance Jamene Banks.

Meeting held at Barlow & Company Office, Brandon, MS.  Meeting called to order at 6:45 p.m.

1. Budget:

Marion and Kristi had  discussed the budget and Kristi prepared a proposal for the next fiscal year.

Assessments: Assessment per lot remain as previous year and the acreage assessment will remain as previous per year.  Kristi will give the information to the Rankin County Tax Assessor’s office for processing.

The budget for the coming year was left mostly as last year.

Vote on approval of Budget was recorded as:

Jamene Banks - Yea

Marion Alford -   Yea

Nate Ganz - Yea (by email)

Jamene Banks - Yea (by email)
