October 2025 Board Meeting

PIDD Board Meeting

October 28, 2025

In attendance: Marion Alford, Nate Ganz, Leslie Smith and Kristi Thompson. 

Meeting held at 105 Deer Hollow, Brandon, MS.  The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M

1. Minutes approved from the previous meeting.    

2. Financial Report 

Kristi has been in contact with the auditor for the status of annual audit.  Audit should be completed within the next couple of weeks and will provide a copy when received.

FY25/26 Budget was reaffirmed by voice vote.

3. Old Business

The Board discussed the need for an election for the next six year term.  The  Board voted to hold the election on March 17, 2026 with each property owner to receive notice via USPS to include a process for property owners to seek election to the Board.  The notice of the election will also be posted on the website.

4. Other Business

The Board voted to use Zoom or other electronic means, if needed for board meetings.  Board will not do away with face to face board meeting,   

The Board discussed the need to replace vegetation damaged by summer heat and drought.  Leslie has agreed to head this up.
