Dec 2020 Special Meeting - Hugh Ward Lighting

The board has been working with the county for the past year+ to determine a path to fix or replace the existing lighting along the boulevard. The original manufacturer of the poll and light is now out of business. Parts needed to maintain the existing lighting is no longer an option and has lead to many of the lights in the center median being out for several months now.

The board solicited bids to replace the current lights with updated LED lighting and hardwire the existing polls.

We are excited to announce that SEC Lighting has been awarded the contract and in a few weeks will begin a 2-3 month project of getting all the lights replaced!! The best part is that we will be able to do this AND continue to lower our annual assessments!!

This vote was passed on Dec. 7, 2020, and the contract with SEC lighting was executed on 12/23/2020.
